She let us know about some professional service providers that other clients have used for inspections  and contractors. She kept the lines of communication going on the Short-Sale that was anything put short. She kept us updated and in the loop on the Short-Sale. She kept on top of all paperwork, E-signatures, and scanning documents. We were out of the state most of the time; and it was comforting to know that someone was there to get us through the sale.
